All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the event of cancellation by Recruiters Summit 2025. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person with prior written approval from our team. Early bird pricing and promotional discounts are subject to availability and may expire without notice. We reserve the right to verify eligibility for discounted tickets and cancel registrations that do not meet eligibility criteria.

All content presented at Recruiters Summit 2025, including presentations, materials, logos, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not record, photograph, or reproduce any content without express written permission from the content owner. The Recruiters Summit name, logo, and branding are trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
Recruiters Summit 2025 and its organizers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at the event or use of our website. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, lost profits, or data loss. In the event of cancellation, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their ticket price. However, we are not responsible for any travel expenses, accommodation costs, or other related expenses incurred by attendees.
